Developer on Demand Service: Terms of Use
Service Commencement: The 10-hour development block time starts after the completion of the introductory call between the client and their assigned account manager.
Usage Window: Clients have 30 days in Tier 1, 90 days in Tier 2 and 180 days in Tier 3, from the commencement date to utilize their development hours. It's essential to plan accordingly to maximize the benefit of our services. Note: Custom projects have their own defined timelines.
Forfeiture:
Additional Blocks: Clients may purchase additional 10-hour blocks at any time in their dashboard. Each block purchased extends the total available time to use any accumulated hours by an additional 30 days from the purchase date of the latest block.
Example: Purchasing 5 blocks allows for a total usage window of 150 days from the date of the last block's purchase, within which all hours must be used.
DevOps Services: Please note that DevOps services, including but not limited to Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP setup and management, incur additional charges. These specialized services are not included in the standard development hours block and will be billed separately.
Scheduling and Planning: To ensure the highest efficiency and satisfaction, clients are encouraged to schedule development tasks in advance. Our team is dedicated to meeting your project milestones and will work with you to plan the optimal use of your development hours.
Account Manager: Each client will be assigned a human account manager who will be the main point of contact for project coordination, updates, and any additional service inquiries.
Communication: For streamlined communication and quick updates, clients will have access to a private Slack channel dedicated to their project, facilitating direct interaction with our development team during the contracted period.
Feedback and Revisions: We value client feedback and offer revisions within the scope of the defined tasks. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, task scopes should be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
Developer on Demand Service: Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that our refund policy applies to unused full blocks of 10 hours only. For instance, if you cancel during the 18th hour of service, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the unused hours from 20 to 30, as refunds are issued in complete blocks of 10 hours. Hours within a partially used block, such as the 18th hour in this scenario, are not eligible for refund. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in the management of our Dev-on-Demand services.
At W3Box, we are dedicated to delivering superior custom software development services. We value the trust our clients place in us and are committed to fulfilling our project commitments with the highest standards of quality. Below is our refund policy, designed to clarify the conditions under which refunds may be issued:
a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued solely in circumstances where W3Box fails to meet our contractual obligations as defined in our service agreement. Our aim is always to meet or exceed the expectations set forth in our agreements, ensuring client satisfaction with the services rendered.
b. Client Responsibilities: The success of our services often relies on timely collaboration. It is imperative that clients provide W3Box with all required materials, information, and access necessary to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Please note, W3Box cannot issue refunds for delays or project impediments resulting from a client's failure to provide the necessary documentation or resources needed for project completion.
c. Discounted Packages: W3Box offers discounted packages for clients seeking a bundled block of development hours. The following conditions apply to the refund of discounted packages:
Cancellation by the client will result in a refund calculation based only on the unused hours of the most recent block purchased.
For instance, if a client is on hour 18 of their service hours and decides to cancel, the refund will be based on the unused portion of their current 10-hour block, factoring out the discount received for committing to a package.
This adjustment ensures the refund accurately reflects the actual value of services used, minus the discount provided for the package agreement's full term, which was not fulfilled.
Processing Refunds: W3Box will process eligible refunds back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The process will commence within a specified number of business days following the approval of the refund request, adhering to the net amount eligible based on the above conditions.

Should there be any concerns regarding our service delivery, we urge our clients to reach out directly to their assigned account manager. Our commitment is to work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure that our clients' experiences with W3Box are nothing short of satisfactory.
